Safari Riot focuses the Open Season funds on creating value through a disciplined acquisition process as well as unique opportunities to generate additional revenues.

Matt Schneider manages and acquires music royalty assets under Open Season.
Matt has been an active investor in the music royalty space for more than eight years, acquiring nearly 50 music catalogs spread across genre and type.
Prior to that, Matt worked in investment sales in commercial real estate and built an analytics model still used today for underwriting multi-tenant properties.
He graduated from Indiana University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Central Eurasian Studies.
